As a Junior Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. Your day-to-day will involve guiding guests through our menu, taking accurate orders, and ensuring the dining area remains pristine. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns with professionalism and a smile.

What you'll do
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on daily specials and ingredients.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the established ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages to tables according to service standards.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
- Deliver checks and process bill payments accurately.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests depart.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area.
- Upsell additional products like appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling.

Nice to have
